Bubbles

I may have went a little overboard with the bubbles at bathtime, but turned out to be a cute picture.

Hiking

 We went hiking in Cuyamacha State Park today.

 

 

This is at the beginning.  She is on a trot pace.

These flowers were everywhere and lots of other pretty wildflowers I don't know the name of.

Emma pointed out this log saying it looked like a crocodile head.

First rest spot.  It is hot.

A girl and her stick.

She was also excited to find this stick pointed like an arrow, but bummed she couldn't bring it home with her to show Buster.

Rockin' the Potty

Quinn is killing the potty training like a rockstar.

"No me do it"

 

 



I was trying to figure out what she was doing but the ladybug lives in the weeds in the background.  She just finished on the potty and had to put my shoes on because the grass was wet.

 

The "new" pool in the backyard is a hit.  If I can get a video to load I will send some action shots.

Painting

Painting outside, starts out looking so cute and innocent.

 

 



Next thing you know its bath time.

Quinn is saying "cheese" and no Quinn is not going to be a big sister, she gets hand me downs :)

Emma made a bed on the kitchen floor to read books to Quinn.

Bathtime!

Beach, Beach, Beach

Had the nicest beach day that we've had in awhile. 

Emma builds it and Quinn knocks it down.

 

Emma got a new ladybug bike helmet.

Quinn insisted on wearing the old helmet while walking around the block following Emma biking.

Beaches and Bugs

 

Emma and Quinn got a new table and chair set. 

 

 

 

Buster met a horse named Spike on the beach the other day.  A lot of sniffing and thankfully Spike didn't mind!

More swimming and sand throwing.

Here's the ladybug that has made her new home in the backyard.

And even at the beach we found a ladybug.  Guess it is the season here!

Spring Has Sprung

 Here is Quinn wanting to try on some of Emmas undies.  She has about 6 pair on over her diaper.

 

 

And now the fun begins.  She is great at wanting to try and sit, but we haven't had any success yet.  She sits for awhile and then pops up yelling "DONE".

Emmas school pictures.  They are pretty cute but the cheapest package to buy was $45 for 6 wallets and a 5X7!  Needless to say you won't be seeing copies of these.

 Where'd she go?

We have found a few ladybugs in the neighborhood on our walks.  We brought one home to live in our backyard.  Crazy thing is she has lasted a whole week out there and is sticking around.  If you click on the picture it is on the leaf on the bottom left of the picture.

 Emma was insisting they get to bring the babies to Costco.  Emmas is kind of scary looking and a little beat up.  Luckily Emma is so cute no one looks at the baby.
