Disney, Palmtrees, and Quinn is 3!

The grapefruit trees at Mom & Dads in Palm Springs were crazy.  This one had about 400 ripe fruits on it and half of the tree was blooming again.

Buster taking a nap on our bed.   Hmmm.

Aunt Deb reading some stories.

Snow in the background and palmtrees.  Makes sense right?

We spent a day at my friends Erins house.  Marleigh aka Snow White and Emma aka Cinderella had a lot of fun together.

Grandpa Kenny and Quinny reading a good book.

The birds are torturing Buster right outside the window.

Playing nicely.

Oh Tinkerbell you are so craycray......

Cousin Carter came for a visit and him and Emma even bunked up together.  Here they are reading a book before bedtime.

We hit up Disneyland with cousin Carter and family.  For some reason didn't ask anyone to take our picture but here are a few snapshots.  Carter, Emma and Aunt Katherine riding Tractors together.

Emma was in line to meet Lightning McQueen when he had to zoom away.  Here he is about 5 feet from us and Emma is waving frantically.

Mater!  His name is Tow Mater, but Quinny calls him Mater Tow so that is his name around here.

Emma & Quinn are trying to give him a hug, I think Carter is trying to figure out where the person is inside.

It was pretty hot so we had to stop for some ice cream.

Quinn as usual doesn't disappoint with a messy face picture.

They each got to give Chip and Dale an acorn for a snack.

Carter and Emma sharing a moment.

Quinn and Sully sharing a moment.  This was after she blew him a kiss and he caught it.  She didn't want to leave.

Here he is catching Quinns kiss and putting it on his face.

There is a carousel in a local mall.  Found it because it is right outside of Target.  We went back for Quinns Birthday.

Quinn picked a tiger to ride.

I don't know why all these pictures aren't in order, but I haven't been able to even get them to download the last several times so this is a success.   This is Emma yelling at Lightning in the parade at the end of the day.

We went back for a light show.  The merry go round looked pretty cool all lit up.

We took turns carrying Quinn around.  Here's Uncle Gordys turn.  Quinn also picked up a fancy hat while at Disney.

Quinn making a wish.  She woke up and said, "im three so im big now"

Emma just spotted the store dedicated to everything Hello Kitty.  Thankfully the carousel was so fun she forgot about it.

"it goes up,  it goes down"  Weeeeee

Butterflies, Scooters, and Smiles

This was at Emmas best friends Lola's birthday party right before we moved.  Face painting for everyone.

Quinn scooting in a section of the apartment complex we are staying temporarily.

Emma cruising on the scooter and trying some new tricks (while wearing butterfly wings and a ladybug helmet).

Tada.

I was trying to get a picture of Buster in the chair at the place we are staying but some other people wanted in the picture too.

Look closely Buster is in there somewhere.  Quinn is using his head as a pillow.

Emma checking out the Olympic ice skating up close.

This is posted at the pool.  Found some amusement in it.....

 Emma practicing a handstand.

 Super Emma to the rescue.

Sharing a moment in a box reading books together.

Oh wait, you are taking our picture???

Welcome to 2014

The new year brings new tricks.  Quinn has figured out how to get out of our side yard.

Playing on the caterpillar thing at the park.

Helping me make pasta.

Rolling it out with our new handy pasta roller.

Emma wanted me to take her picture in Michigan.

Quinn woke up on my day off and said, "let's go to the beach so we can swim in the cold water"  She got her wish, it wasn't very nice out but we had fun.

Quinn loves chasing the seagulls who think they are getting food but she just lures them in and chases them.

A birthday party, Emma wanted to be painted like a kitty.

Payton and Emma.  It was Paytons 5th birthday party.

More beach days, it was 80 here last week!

Quinn wanted to make sand angels.  Turned out pretty good.

She even let Emma and I bury her!
