Rhode Island Spring?

We got to play in the backyard today, a bit muddy but still fun. There is only one little snow patch left. Hopefully the yard will dry out soon and we can get a the swing set out there George has been wanting to build (or get the slide out of our living room!). Happy Pre-Spring everyone!!

Last Week

Here are some pics from the last week. Emma is officially a big girl sitting facing forward in her car seat and attempting to sleep in her own bed. She also has a music class every Tuesday and she is right up front when they sing a book to the kids. She tries to help turn the pages. I also had to toss one in of Buster taking a sun nap on our shoes.

Slide.........

George and Emma went to Toys R Us this week while I was at work and I came home to a slide in our living room. The thrill hasnt worn off yet and the first thing she does when she gets up is run to the slide. By day two she was going down head first. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Zoo

It was 40+ today so we decided to get out and go to the zoo. Most of the animals didnt show their faces, but we did get to see the giraffes and elephants up close. Emma loved the giraffes the best. There was also a funny bird pecking at the viewing window. She loves being in the backpack and of course styling with her new shades. (oh and a cute pic from the bath last night).

Our Little Helper

Emma helping me get ice/snow off of the deck today. It is a balmy 37 today.

Here are some random pics from January and the beginning of February. We have had lots of snow, enjoyed walking Buster in the park near our house, and even made cookies.
