New Years Beach

Yep another December beach day.  Emma was prepared and asked to put her suit on today.  Still a little chilly, but she enjoyed it.

We went to the dog beach so our furry friend could join us.

We visited Garrison Street in SD.  A whole street of crazy lights.

She even found Thomas in a Santa hat.

Ho, Ho, Ho and Merry Christmas

Emma and Quinn met Santa Claus at the zoo last night.  Emma thought he was pretty funny.  She asked him for Lightning McQueen slippers (we saw them at Target) and meatballs.  ??  She said Quinn wanted legos.

 Quinn wasnt quite so fascinated by him.  Emma was bummed afterwards because she forgot to ask him where Rudolof stays.

 

 

 

 She wanted to add blueberries to her spaghetti.



 There was a polar bear (?) at the zoo too.  She just waved at each other.

 

 Checking out the big Christmas tree.  Yep the lights ended up in her mouth.

 Even Buster got in on the fun at the park.  He jumped through the window and Quinn is letting him out more properly through the door.

Sunny December

 Beach day at Torrey Pines State Preserve.  Beautiful San Diego December day.

 

 

 Digging and sand castles is pretty fun.

 

 

 Still a Lions fan.  Quinn can hang tough with the best of them.

 

 

 Yes that is Emma in the background.  Took one time of running away from the cold water and next thing you know she is in it.

Quinn likes chasing the seagulls, she hasnt caught one yet.

Minnie, Horses, & Cuties

 Emma loves her new Minnie Mouse doll.  Even has to sleep with it.



 Emma loves this dinosaur at the Natural History Museum.  She was excited to show it to daddy for the first time today and insisted on a picture.

 

 

 They had a horse exhibit.  Nice they have hands on stuff for the kiddos.

 

 

 She drew a picture of herself.  Not too bad!

 

 

I noticed some grey hairs on Busters chin today.  Four years is rough.

San Diego Fall

 The moon has been really cool this week.  It has lit up our walks around the block to check out holiday lights in the neighborhood.

 This one is Emmas favorite.  The reindeer changes colors.

 

 We have a new drum set for the bathtub.
