Happy First Birthday Emma

Emma didn't really understand that she was supposed to eat the cupcake and frosting, so she let Buster lick it off of her hands and they both were happy.

Emma the Explorer

Emma loves the boxes and empty cabinets in the house while we are packing up. Lots of places to explore and hide from Buster (we play hide and go seek with Buster). Of course most of the time Buster doesn't know he should be looking for her.

He's My Best Friend....

Emma loves crawling all over Buster and he tolorates it especially when he knows he can get some good snack licks out of it. She just finished eating tacos (refried beans on her face) and we hadn't cleaned her up yet.

For those of you who haven't heard George, Emma, Buster, and I are packing up and moving all the way to Rhode Island! I am going to start a new job there with REI. Emma and Buster have been big helps taking things out of boxes once you put something in them. Here she is trying out a new fort.

New Shoes

Emma got her first pair of shoes. Here she is checking them out after taking a stroll in the backyard.

Sunshine and Sundresses

Emma wanted to take her new sundress out into the yard. I tried to get a good one in front of our blooming rose bushes, didn't turn out the way I wanted, but still cute.
